Our team conducts a comprehensive review of all relevant educational records and provides you with detailed notes, along with verbal  recommendations. We provide a thorough IEP or 504 Plan evaluation and support package, including:

We thoroughly examine each aspect, from academic performance to behavioral assessments, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your child's educational history and needs.
  • Recommendations: Based on our findings, we'll offer personalized recommendations which may involve amendments to the IEP or 504 plan.
    • Recommend accommodations, modifications, supports and related services based on the individual needs of the student
    • Revise and/or write recommended annual goals for the student
  • Translation of Complex Information: Our team is dedicated to demystifying complex documents by providing clear explanations for various processes, timelines, and meanings of unfamiliar terms.
    • We specialize in translating technical information provided by teachers, psychologists, and other professionals into straightforward, easy-to-understand language.

Advocacy Services

$150/hour

Our team actively participates in virtual or in-person meetings and offers comprehensive preparation for upcoming meetings. For families seeking comprehensive support throughout the entire process, our advocacy services encompass the following:

  • Meeting Attendance: We actively participate in meetings, advocating for your child's best interests. Our role is not just to be present but to actively participate. We act as staunch advocates, working collaboratively with the school team to ensure that your child's best interests are at the forefront of every discussion.
    • We understand that each family has unique dynamics and preferences. Therefore, we also offer the option to work behind the scenes, providing support and guidance discreetly if that is what makes you feel most comfortable.
  • Meeting Preparation: We collaborate closely with you to prepare thoroughly for any upcoming meetings. We prioritize collaborative and comprehensive preparation to ensure your confidence and readiness. Our approach encompasses various essential aspects, including:
    • Active consultation with any private providers involved in your child's care to foster a unified approach.
    • Addressing any concerns or major talking points that you, as a parent or caregiver, may have.
    • When appropriate and beneficial, we conduct interviews with your child, allowing us to gain valuable insights into their unique needs and experiences within the educational environment.

$50/hour

  • Document Preparation: We draft crucial documents, such as formal evaluation requests, requests for meetings with school officials, and any other IEP-related documentation essential to your child's educational journey. Additionally, we excel in crafting formal accommodations requests, expressing concerns effectively, and providing detailed reports as needed.
  • E-mail Correspondence: expertly crafting concise and impactful emails, serving as a crucial component of maintaining open lines of communication with school staff and the district. Options include:
    • Direct Communication: Our team can directly communicate with the district on your family's behalf, ensuring that your concerns, requests, and inquiries are conveyed professionally and efficiently.
